Our individual consultants are experts
in their field and have an in-depth
understanding of the Food and Drink
Industry. Through
regular team briefings we ensure that
this depth of knowledge is shared with
all Consultants, so we also provide
our clients and candidates with a breadth
of experience.
Once we have met with our client or
candidate the most suitable point of
contact at The Forge HR Group is established,
and that Consultant will assume responsibility
for managing all future activity.
However, where a vacancy arises which
would benefit from the specialist knowledge
of a different Consultant, or where
a service is required which another
Consultant is better qualified to deliver,
their expertise will be utilised.
This approach contributes to our highly
accurate recruitment procedure, with
Consultants understanding their clients
well enough to interview for cultural
fit and corporate relevance as well
as skills and expertise, and knowing
their candidates well enough to recognise
these attributes.
