The combination of our competency interview and a brief psychometric assessment, allows us to feedback on strengths and weaknesses, and make recommendations on how to maximise on, or compensate for, areas that have been highlighted.

In close consultation, we then work proactively on your behalf to source organisations that would benefit from your experience to date, and support your future development.
