assessment, allows us to feedback on

for, areas that have been highlighted.
In close consultation, we then work
proactively on your behalf to source
organisations that would benefit from
your experience to date, and support
your future development. Because of
our extensive 'guarantee period' - up
to one full year - we maintain close
and confidential contact with our placements
to ensure the position is as they expected
