After ten years in London-based public relations consultancies working with blue-chip clients as Account Director, Tanya returned to Scottish recruitment where had she started her career, with a new perspective on marketing the candidate to the client, the client to the candidate and the consultancy to both.

Her extensive experience managing a variety of client assignments concurrently, has finely honed the skills required to ensure Forge projects are as seamless and efficient, as they are effective. As the Marketing Partner, Tanya is also responsible for the analysis and measurement of activities undertaken by The Forge, and the production of management reports.
