Bread knife of the "Classico" line with a hand-forged, mirror finished, 29 cm blade made from RWL34 stainless steel. The handle is made with fragrant Sardinian juniper wood that is riveted in place with stainless steel pins.
Each knife is individually numbered and comes with a fitted sheath (last picture).
