Traditional chef's knife of the "Mogano" (Italian for mahogany) line with a hand-forged, satin finished, 21 cm blade made from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. The handle is made with mahogany that is riveted in place with stainless steel pins.
Each of these knives comes complete with a fitted leather sheath (see last picture).
