Filleting Knife (Mogano)

Filleting knife of the "Mogano" (Italian for Mahogany) line with a hand-forged, satin-finished, 23.5 cm blade made from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. The handle is made from mahogany that is riveted in place with stainless steel pins.
