Big Red with "Red Earth" handle

Fairly heavy, large chef's knife with a 22 cm, five layered steel blade with a VG10 core and stainless steel outer layers. 

The handle is made from Australian native woods with red resin and a blue liner, held in place with stainless steel pins.
