Chef's Knife "Flowers"

Chef's knife with a 19 cm X50CrMoV15 high carbon steel blade that has been hardened to HRC 58. The blade has been laser-etched with a flower inspired theme.

The handle has been made from stabilised Zebrano with a white G10 liner, brass pins, white and black G10 spacer and a red Shokwood bolster

As all high quality knives, this knife will rust if not treated with minimal care.

Weight: approx. 170 grams

Due to a slight discoloration of the laser-etch towards the handle (please see pictures), the price of this knife has been reduced to US$ 370.
