39 cm / 15 1/3 inch classic chef's knife with a 24.5 (9 2/3 inch) blade in San Mai construction. The Damascus core is made with 1084 and 15N20 high carbon steel. The cladding is made with 410 stainless steel. The handles is made from Australian colonial era ancient redgum.
