40 cm / 15 3/4 inch classic chef's knife with a 25.5 cm (10 inch) blade in San Mai construction. The Damascus core is made with 1084 and 15N20 high carbon steels. The outer layers are made from Australian colonial era wrought iron from what used to be a wagon wheel. The handle is made from ancient Australian redgum.
