20 cm (8 inches) cleaver with a blade made from 80CrV2 steel and a burl/purple resin handle.
The blade is 3 mm thick at the heel, tapered to 2.5 mm at the tip. The double bevel blade has been hardened to HRC 55 and sanded to 600 grit.
As most high quality knives, this knife will rust if not dried immediately after use.
