The Lipizzan Horse Knives have been forged using worn horse shoes of the famous "ballet dancing" Lipizzan horses of the Spanish Riding School in Vienna, Austria.
The knives' 18 cm blades (30 cm overall length) have a high carbon steel (C100) core. The outer layers are made from said Lipizzan horse shoes. The handle is made from curly pear wood, stemming from a tree that was struck by lightning a few years ago. Bolster and end pieces are made from black G10.

As all high quality knives, these knives will rust if not handled with minimal care.
