Extraordinarily heavy knife for extraordinarily heavy-handed chefs.
This creole chef's knife has a thick (5 mm at the spine) and heavy, 26 cm (10 1/4 inches) long blade made from SAE 5160 high carbon steel. The handle is made from red quebracho hardwood that is held in place by steel rivets.
This knife comes complete with a rustic leather sheath (last photo).
