Very sturdy, heavy knife for tough cutting jobs and chefs with muscles.
This creole chef's knife has a thick (5 mm at the spine) and heavy, 24 cm (9 1/2 inches) long blade made from SAE 5160 high carbon steel. The handle is made from red quebracho hardwood that is being held in place by steel rivets.
This knife comes complete with a rustic leather sheath (last photo).
