Platypus with "Ocean Blue" handle

Fairly heavy Nakiri style vegetable knife with a 15 cm, five layered blade with a VG10 core and stainless steel outer layers.

The handle is made from native Australian woods with blue resin and with a red liner, held in place by stainless steel pins.
