Santoku of the "Mogano" (Italian for mahogany) line with a hand-forged, satin finished, 17 cm blade made with X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. The handle is made from mahogany that is riveted in place with stainless steel pins.
Each of these knives comes complete with a fitted leather sheath (see picture).
