Y-Nakiri in Damascus Steel

Nakiri style knife with a 16.5 cm blade. Made with 240 layers of hand-forged damascus steel with a hardness of HRC 61-62. The Y-Nakiri features a brass collar and a handle made from 2000 year old bog oak.

As all high quality knives, this knife will rust if not treated with care.

Also available in 3-layer steel and monosteel.
