Yvo 2 in 3-Layer Steel

23 cm universal knife with a blade featuring a central layer of high carbon steel (cutting edge), wedged between two outer layers of raw iron. The blade has a hardness of HRC 62-63. The handle is made from German oak. Brass collar.

As all high quality knives, this knife will rust if not treated with care.

Also available in Damascus steel and monosteel.
