Large vegetable knife with a blade measuring 19 cm. This knife features a central layer of high carbon steel (cutting edge), wedged between two outer layers of raw iron. The blade has a hardness of HRC 62-63. The handle is made from German oak. Brass collar.
As all high quality knives, this knife will rust if not treated with care.
