Yvo 3 in Damascus Steel

Large vegetable knife with a blade measuring 19 cm. Made with 240 layers of hand-forged damascus steel with a hardness of HRC 61-62. The Yvo 3 features a brass collar and a handle made from 2000 year old bog oak.

As all high quality knives, this knife will rust if not treated with care.
